Any faster way to update/restore iPhones/iPads?

I'm starting as a iOS technician and have to restore/update several iPhones every day. Each time I update / restore I see itunes downloading iOS. I wonder if there's a way not to have to download each time, it takes long. Or some software tool to speed up restores or updates.
